My new favorite thing ...

Listening to Spencer sing while he has his headphones on.

A few months ago, I found a pair of headphones and a little CD walk man in the garage that we don't use anymore.  So it became Spencer's and he thinks it's the coolest thing to check out CDs at the library and listen to music.  He just sits on the floor in the living room and jams out.

This morning he was listening to a CD.

Here's why I like to listen to him.  The words he sings are hilarious.

"Say, say my playmate.  Come out and play with me.  And bring your DOGGIES three, climb up my apple tree.  Slide down my rainbow into my SALAD GARDEN.  And we'll be DOGGY friends forever more!"

HA!  And he's so into it and just loves it.  It's the cutest thing.

All the while he shouts out to me, "Can you hear it, Mom?"

"Can you hear it just a little bit, Mom?"

Nope.  Couldn't hear it the first time, still can't hear it now, bud.  :)
